Leadership Excellence Program

The Leadership Excellence Program is a 11-month, practical leadership development experience built for supervisors, business owners, association professionals, and manufacturer representatives. Rather than theory-heavy workshops, the program installs a repeatable leadership operating system focused on clear communication, stronger team leadership, higher accountability, better decision-making, and change adoption that actually sticks.

Each month reinforces a different pillar- foundations, influence, team leadership, emotional intelligence and bias awareness, accountability, time management, decision-making, motivation, problem solving, and strategic leadership.  Participants will leave with a coherent leadership framework they can apply in any role, in any room, with any stakeholder group.  By the end of the year long program, participants will become calm, credible, and consistent in their ability to align people, raise standards, and drive execution.

Month 1 — Foundations + Baseline
• Define leadership standards and what “good” looks like across roles.
• Identify personal strengths, gaps, and leadership derailers using a baseline assessment.
• Map key stakeholders and set 2–3 measurable leadership goals for the year.

Month 2 — Time Management + Leadership Operating Cadence
• Prioritize using tradeoffs (stop/delay/delegate) to protect focus and capacity.
• Redesign meetings and workflows to improve decisions and follow-through.

Month 10 — Innovation + Problem Solving

• Remove workflow friction through practical process improvement and standardization.
• Run small improvement tests (measure → adjust) without disrupting operations.

Month 11 — Resilience + 12-Month Leadership Operating Plan
